Job description

Key tasks

You are responsible for implementing strategies to optimise the revenue of your hotel. You are in charge of deploying the relevant processes, training, methods and tools and you ensure that all of the Revenue Management processes are operational in the hotel. You carry out strategic analyses to optimise the hotel revenue, and you ensure that they are always consistent with the market. You gather the information required to establish a reservation and events data base. You analyse the hotel's performance and monitor the market and competition. You suggest solutions for adapting the strategy. You carry out a monthly analysis of results. You communicate the relevant processes to reservations and reception teams. You regularly check and update the quality of data. You monitor market prices. You participate in establishing the annual budget. You decide which strategy to use. You calculate availability and provide forecasts in relation to the budget and strategy. You make recommendations to change the strategy so as to react quickly to changes in customer behaviour. You optimise the distribution channels.
