Key tasks
Dynamique, consciencieux(se) et motivé(e), travailler de nuit ne vous fait pas peur.
Missions principales :
- Vous êtes responsable de l'établissement pendant la nuit.
- Vous êtes en charge de l'accueil des clients dont l'arrivée, le départ ou la réservation sont tardifs.
- Vous êtes le garant du bon déroulement du séjour des clients dans l'hôtel.
- Vous êtes en charge de la clôture journalière.
- Vous établissez le rapport statistique et comptable de la journée pour la direction.
- Vous préparez, anticipez les documents nécessaires à la journée du lendemain.
Profil :
- Vous êtes avenant, souriant, résistant au stress
- Connaissance du français, du néerlandais et de l’anglais obligatoire
- Vous faites preuve d’initiatives, de créativité et de prise de décision
- La qualité du service client et son accueil sont vos priorités
