Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities

· Drive and deliver owned tasks within the schedule and timelines agreed with Project Manager and/or Client
· Engage with business users to define business requirements and understand & explore business issues being encountered
· Support key stakeholders in identification and resolution of issues in a timely manner
· Research alternative and innovative approaches to problems and processes
· Facilitate workshops to understand requirements, present ideas and validate potential solutions
· Deliver and execute specific change initiatives or portions of initiatives as defined by the client
· Support the client in their goals of execution excellence for their run business
· Manage issues and risks, with escalation to client & Accenture management as required
· Test end-to-end processes
· Support and manage cutover and deployment activities
· Technical design and coding of new features and components
· Enhance existing features as well as performance-tuning and optimisation
· Lead projects with hands-on analysis and modelling, drawing from a breadth of analytical methods to choose the right tool and right level of complexity appropriate to solving the business problem.
· Engage broadly with the organization to identify, prioritize, frame, and structure complex, ambiguous problems where advanced analytics projects or tools can have the biggest impact.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Skills & Knowledge

·  Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a business analyst role
·  Proven delivery track record in business type initiatives such as operations excellence, continuous process improvement & cost reduction initiatives, roll-out of new tools or services, business requirements definition
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills
·  Strong relationship building and communications abilities and ability to influence
·  Proactive approach in handling issues, risks, dependencies and escalations
·  2 years of relevant work experience in databases (SQL), JavaScript/Web-App abilities including statistical software (R, S-Plus, SAS, or similar), and scripting languages (such as Python)
·  Experience of agile development processes
·  Ability to influence technical discussions and provide technical leadership
·  Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on other project teams, development partners and stakeholders
·  Ability to comprehend complex business and technical scenarios
·  Ability to interpret and analyse existing reporting or data, along with ability to drive data analysis into conclusions and actions

Preferable Additional Skills & Knowledge

·  Experience working in with multiple BI tools would be beneficial
·  Previous experience of working and collaborating with disparate and often virtual teams
·  Previous experience working in a large multi-national would be beneficial.
·  Previous experience working in the IT or High-Tech sector would be beneficial
·  Previous experience working in a sales/consulting environment
·  Familiarity with Project Management Principles and methodologies
