Project & Customer Quality engineer

Tasks:
This position will give you the chance to influence quality throughout the value chain from tender, project execution and finally to delivery.

In the area of project quality you will be our quality representative providing important input to our various tender projects. In addition to this you will be the process owner for project quality, this entails developing and improving our processes within the area of project quality from the tender phase through to delivery.

In the area of customer quality you will review and analyze customer satisfaction from our NPS (net promoter score) surveys and drive activities to address areas for improvements. In addition to this you will be our CCRP coordinator for HVDC which entails ensuring we manage our customer complaints (registered in the tool CCRP) in an efficient and professional manner. In this role you will provide support in the areas of RCA to the organization and analyze CCRP KPIs & trends.

Requirements:

First and foremost, your personal qualities are vital for success. As Project & Customer Quality Engineer, it is essential that you are driven, structured and analytical. Not to mention a team player. You contribute with your positive and proactive mindset, as well as with your ability to create a good atmosphere. Adding your great leadership skills, you have what it takes to thrive in this position.

As a foundation, you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Quality and have experience from working with quality within a project or product based business. Former work as Quality Engineering within an international company is highly valued. You ideally have solid knowledge of process orientation and flows, continuous improvements as well as of corrective and preventive actions. Audit experience, great communication skills, ISO9001, MS Visio, Operational development and 4Q knowledge will be to your advantage. Fluency in English is a must, whereas Swedish or another Scandinavian language is qualifying.
