Tasks:
As HR Specialist, your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:

- Deliver best in class Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees, oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and execute Services according to the defined Service Level Agreements;
- Guide and support other team members in meeting these SLAs;
- Maintain good data quality in HR systems
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports related to processes
- Recommend enhancements, improvements and simplification to existing processes and procedures based on experience and feedback from customers;
- Supports in daily operational and management tasks.

Desired profile

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 1 years of relevant experience;
- Proficiency in business English and Czech;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Proactive way of working with a strong “can do” attitude;
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel skills);
- Good organization and coordination skills;
- Attention to details;
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability;
- Ability to work in teams.

In addition, the following would be preferable:
- Exposure to SAP tools;
- Interest towards different aspects of HR areas.
