Outcomes: The internship gave me an experience to deep-dive in the Airline IT industry and an opportunity to gain knowledge about innovation trends in this field. - Conception / Génie civil / Génie industriel-Coordinating communication processes for Procurement, Legal, Business Support and Compliance departments and tracking status of procurement tasks. -Requesting and analyzing information provided by bidders, primary integrity due to diligence and risk assessment (personalized access to SPARK and LexisNexis systems) and reporting to senior management on the compliance investigations and the risk mitigation status. I took an initiative of creating Document Monitoring System, which helped to optimize document flow and to improve communication between departments. It allowed to optimize IDD Assessment and to reduce time, required to prepare contracts for signing. I built a strategy to improve my performance, where the key area was communication. I was communicating with the teams to follow the stages of the tender assessment, which helped me to identify opportunities to optimize Compliance and ensure that all team members have the same updated status. I had an experience of autonomic work under pressure with very strict deadlines, which helped me to improve my long-term planning and task prioritization as well as a skill of being multitasking (initially I was providing support to the three independent departments: Legal, Compliance, and Procurement).
