Development and application of the VM guidelines (each collection)
Windows: Design (selection of the campaign / visual cropping) – Planning – Coordination and installation – Follow-up and de-installation
POP in-store: Shipment of the items and follow-up of the merchandising guidelines in EMEA stores
➢ Development of the Architecture:
Adaptation of the TDs and the worldwide concept
Sourcing of suppliers (EMEA) and production planning
Coordination of the in-store installations
Follow-up with the clients: renew of the campaign and sales report
➢ Organisation of Trunk Shows and Sales Venues:
Approval of the venues and trunk shows
Customisation of the location: design – adaptation of the brand’s concept – installation
Coordination of venue management – caterers – DJ – Security – Contractors and Legal
Coordination and briefing of the staff
Liaise with PR agencies (promotion of some venues and product limited edition)
Management of the budget and stock available
➢ Organisation of Fairs and Fashion showrooms:
Participation to Eyewear Fairs (SILMO – MIDO – OPTI MUNICH – DaTE Eyewear) and Fashion Showrooms (Paris – London – Florence)
Coordination with Architects – Contractor – caterers – Security
Organisation of the Fashion Showrooms: selection of the location and coordination with Contractors
Sales in the Showrooms (DITA Eyewear – Thom Browne Eyewear – Christian Roth)
➢Organisation of the Sales Meeting (twice a year – Paris and Milan): selection of the location / etc.
➢ Creation and monitoring of the trade marketing and merchandising database (EMEA) – control of the DITA store locator system – control of the online visual (client’s website)
