Event Manager
- MaintenantHôtellerie - Restauration Event Manager working for a multi-faceted event hosting company offering a range of different functions made up of distinct hospitality areas to meet a variety of needs and tastes. Services offered ranges from a private lunch for 5-20 guests to lavish parties with up to 700 guests. My duties include:
Liaisons with clients and internal teams to ascertain precise event requirements to be implemented on the day.
Coordinate suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.
Investigate and respond to guest concerns; prepare and implement mitigating measures as well as record complaints for quality assurance.
Coordinates staffing requirements and staff briefings and train new staff.
Prepares attendee packs and papers.
Oversees the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently;
Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)
