:: Managing sales capability development for 9 markets in Balkans (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania and Moldova) – (Addiitonal position during Oct 2012 - Jun 2014 where I deployed 6 trainings and introduced two regional initiatives to the whole oganisation)
