Site Electrical Engineer

- Conception / Génie civil / Génie industriel2013-2014 and 2010 - 2011: A power plant in Misurata, Libya: • Preparation, in co-operation with the Client, of the detailed electrical scope of work; • Establish electrical work procedures • Coordination and supervision of electrical team (subcontractor and own employees) activities on site; Perform electrical commissioning of refurbished/new equipment • Develop and maintain good business relationship with the Client; • Report to Site Project Manager; attend daily board meetings. 2011 - 2012 Water injection and crude oil pumps refurbishing, Basra - Iraq: • Test and repair/overhaul as required seven 3.6 MW asynchronous and 20 of 4 MW synchronous /6.6 kV electrical motors; • Test and repair/overhaul, as required, LV motors, other associated electrical equipment for above mentioned pumpsets; • Design electrical (including lighting), water, compressed air and HVAC installations for a new local workshop; supervising the works of designs implementation. 2007 - 2009 Submersible pumpsets overhaul in Sarir GMMRA's facility, Libya: • Manage submersible motors overhaul activities; train local personnel with the scope to transfer special knowledge, electrical and mechanical skills; • Design and supervise the building up of a new submersible electrical motors rewinding facility (equipment erection, electrical installations, Hi-Pot test area, tools, procedures, test records etc.); • Generate work and test procedures; • Design and supervise execution of dedicated equipment and tools.
