• Analysis of job processes, relations between functions, performance (KPI / Economics)
• Creation and approval of the reorganization plan
• Creation and introduction of budgeting tool
• Creation of Management Control tools and Business Intelligence
• Search and selection of human resources
• Design of new operational processes
Goals achieved:
Marelli and Pozzi: Change Management successfully completed; Implementation of an efficient BI system (ERP) and new Incentive system (ERP)
Autorigoldi: Reconstruction Commercial department with 14 new entries; Sales volume growth +10.24% in a market increase of 9.4% despite sales dept emergency (previous point); Reduction of 35% logistics costs and reduction of delivery times to 6/8 days from 15/18 days; Creation of a new Business Unit for managing the External Network; Creating a BI system and a new Incentive system (Web-based)
