I’m an HR Executive with more than 25 years of experience in large multi-national companies with focus on Strategic HR and Leadership development. I have held multiple roles, including corporate staff and line management in a highly political business context. My career and success have been founded in developmental leadership, through a strong analytical approach and a wish for action and implementation, always with the business and people in mind. I believe that people move forward, so leaders have to move with them, and I believe in respect for the individual and cultural diversity.
