Based on Committee Decision, we conduct acquisition project and dispose non operational assets: • Collect required information for the project to set up data room: title deed, financial data, technical, legal and environmental diagnosis, etc. • Definition of disposal/acquisition strategy • Launch and monitore marketing of the owned asset or research asset opportunities based on the strategy previously agreed • Critical examination of asset valuation, market studies and financial analysis of acquisition opportunities • Coordinate stakeholders (experts, brokers, legal department, solicitors) in order to respect milestones deadlines • Conduct negotiations with selected biddersor vendors until a pre-deed : conditions precedent, legal and environmental constraints, etc. • Finalization of negotiation and signature of legal contracts Additional tasks: • Quarterly reporting of the outgoing project to the Committee • Collect of data and input in databases and internal softwares • Answer request from another departments or country related to real estate issue Scope : NothAm - Europe - Asia - Middle East
