- Gestion de projet / Produit My mission as Project manager was to develop and prepare autonomously the opening of a 5 stars eco-resort, in Reunion Island.
In collaboration with the Regional Director of LUX* resorts & hotels, the collaborators and Head managers (HQ in Mauritius), I carried this project during 6 months and successfully performed in several domains:
- SALES & MARKETING
Realization of the Sales, Marketing and Communication plans; monitoring; positioning; pricing; benchmarking; communication campaigns.
- OPERATIONS
Identification of equipment and materials need for the whole resort (Housing, F&B, Admin, Areas): product identification and selection; budgeting; meeting with suppliers.
- IT
Design of the computering system; equipment selection; budgeting; meeting with suppliers; planning of the internal and external Information System (IS).
- HR
Planning of the recruitment; preparation of the administrative files and processes; training plan.
- AUDIT / CONSULTING
Global internal audit of the LUX* Belle Mare, the group’s flagship hotel, to analyse: IS; operational processes; positioning; products; services; organization of F&B, Housing, Front Office departments; and presented afterwards a consulting report that identifies SOP’s and best practices to replicate for the future hotel.
