Role:
1) Project LEAD
- E-commerce platform sourcing and debugging in collaboration with EQUINOA, website development and marketing agency.
- Performing SEO for e-commerce platform of different countries, keywords analysis and back links optimization.
- Performing SEA, Native ads and Social media community management with the help of tools like Hootsuite, Adwords etc.
- Segmentation and targeting for developing right web marketing strategy, content and ads leveraging internal data.
- Google analytics, e-commerce and social media traffic data monitoring and optimizing website and campaigns to get leads.
2) Market research project for ISO 37001 Anti Bribery Management System
- Conducting market research for feasibility of new product, Anti-Bribery Management System, in each country by studying of corporate laws, anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and identifying relevant countries for launch of ISO 37001.
- Market sizing model development through advanced excel for ISO 37001 for calculation of revenue earned through the product over a 5 year period.
- Initiating development of the product.
3) Project AGILE
- Analysis and comparison of proposals of market agencies for development of presentations and videos for BV Sales toolkit.
- Creative content development in collaboration with IMPACT marketing agency(Storyboarding)
- Data modelling and analysis of Global Key Accounts (Advance Excel)
- Financial statements analysis of Global Key Accounts for prioritizing and targeting.
4) General Mills Data science project
- Identifying relevant public data sources and developing database to measure social, environment, and political indexes of each country.
- Supporting in the development of model for prediction of risk based on the internal and external audit data.
- Analyzing data for statistical correctness like normalization, multi-collinearity etc.
- Performing data analysis using Tableau
Apart from projects,
- Worked on development of presentations, press releases, newsletters etc in general as well as for top management.
- Worked with market managers for coordinating marketing activities and developing new website structure of corporate website www.bureauveritas.com
- As a part of innovation workshop, contributed by learning about future technologies and providing ideas for application within Bureau Veritas such as Google glass, augmented reality etc.
