Knowledge Management Specialist Trainee
- MaintenantCommunity Management Knowledge Management:
- Understand needs for knowledge sharing within Business Units and identify knowledge gaps;
- Set-up the knowledge sharing methods and tools such as:
academies, forums, learning sessions, knowledge cafes, webinars, conferences, face to face meetings, collaborative tools, shared repositories, etc.;
- Coordinate maintenance of the knowledge assets shared through the collaborative platforms (Sharepoint, BOX, Group page etc.);
Implementing communication:
- Identify and analyse best practices, from internal and external sources;
- Measure quality indicators, support creation and regular update of dashboards;
Contributing to the following activities:
Briefs, project planning, project follow-up, closure and lessons learned.
