- Conception / Génie civil / Génie industriel As a Project Coordinator, coordinated project work for over 20 Projects. Coordinated distributed engineering work of bridge engineering, design and construction drawings development from offices across North America (Vancouver, British Columbia; Seattle, Washington; Oakland, California; Halifax, Nova Scotia; and New York, New York); Europe (England and Denmark); and South America (Chile and Peru). Developed tracking processes for cost control. Provided more control and added value to the Project by reducing uncertainty to the Project. Successfully developed financial planning and financial control tracking processes for the Engineering Design phase. Produced Project Management Plan templates for Company wide use. Developed more than 30 Project Management Plans for Project specific requirements, all in accordance with best practices of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Improved the Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes of the engineering work in the company in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards. Performed Risk Assessment of the nature of the Project; assessing international Clients, distributed engineering of the work performed and financial risk of the nature of the work. Estimated the materials comprising the entire structure of bridges. Materials were identified by collaborating with the design team and quantifying design drawings.
