Cultural Programs Development Manager

• Programming, coordination and presentation of AHSF’s calendar of events with relevant departments and programs
- Design and lead the execution the cultural program of Shoman Days in governorates and Amman
• Co-design, budget and manage along with the music consultant the musical evening program
• Proposing, designing and developing and setting the vision for “new” cultural activities
• Coordinate with programs managers the content and program activities to ensure achieving optimum impact desired
• Support the programs managers in conceptualizing and designing the programs/content of their key events such as speakers program, conferences, ceremonies and celebrations
• Developing strategic partnerships with key cultural workers, other government representatives and outside cultural agencies to ensure the success of Shoman days
• Support in conceptualization of AHSF new cultural activities with program owners
• Co-develop AHSF brand guidelines in cooperation with the communications manager
• Ensuring that all AHSF programs are in line with AHSF’s identity
• Unify key AHSF messaging across the different programs and departments
• Manage requests for AHSF facilities and coordinate with supporting departments.
In addition to designing, planning and coordinating cultural outreach projects that would further the reach of the foundation's cultural offering to include all of Jordan.
