- Hôtellerie - RestaurationAlong my 6 contracts, I was in charge of all French Speaking costumers on board Costa Cruises Ships. I was in charge of: announcements, conferences, translations during shore-side tours and or on board for any particular issues (for instance to escort the guests in a shore hospital…). Those Ships hosted approximately 2000 to 3000 guests per cruises. Working together with crew members coming from 30 to 40 nationalities and also with that number of nationalities when it's about the guests was a great experience. This hospitality job - on ships - gave me the chance to work since I was 23 years old with big responsibilities because the turnover of cruise ships company is very high when it's about Europeans crew members thus they have not the chance to keep someone in the front desk before giving them higher responsibilities because they would leave too early. Now I want a Bigger challenge and growing in your company seems to be a good opportunity!

- Hôtellerie - RestaurationMy internship in the Embassie hostel of Liverpool was a great Hospitality experience. I like the fact that I was the persons that was helping the costumers when they most needed it, I felt useful for them. I was day or night shift, taking care of the check in / out, helping for the cleaning, and managing the reservations software as well. Now I have the opportunity the grow and manage, help, train and advise the people that are doing a job that I did myself when I was younger.
