- Développement informatique Since May 2017, handling 15-20 individuals as a Team Lead - Service Delivery in Trust and Safety department of a leading Fortune 500 e-commerce company.
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Trust and Safety team, distributing the workload evenly among staff and making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained.
Provide insights, reasoning while handling weekly and monthly business review meetings with client
Analyze the performance of each team member and provide aid where necessary.
Create operational reports to be reviewed by executive board members and present this information at meetings.
Establish and enforce new procedures to improve efficiency as much as possible.
Provide instruction to team members in order to guide them in their responsibilities and encourage more successful work, communicating clearly and accurately.
Develop and implemented plans to prevent areas of inefficiency
Help the team understand the concept or being effective while being efficient with the help of sound product knowledge possessed over the period.
