• Break Fix of client workstations / Laptops / Devices – Hardware Support (i.e. Hard drive failures, memory / graphics upgrades etc.)
• Remote build and configuration of client Workstation and software deployment via SSCM (Microsoft System Centre 2012 R2)
• Calling logging Via (ITSM), Incident /Problem / Escalation & Outage Management, within a ITIL based service Desk
• Incident & Problem Management (Change Requests / Change Release / RFC’s / Calling logging via ITSM and Ticket management within a ITIL based service Desk
• Management and configuration of users Accounts and administration and group policies via Active Directory 2010 / 2013
• Management and configuration of user Email Accounts via Exchange 2010/2013
• Management / Administration and Validation of office 2013 and bespoke NATO Applications
• Management and configuration of DHCP Server & IP Reservations
• Network Management / communications of LAN/WAN/VLAN and troubleshooting (TCP/IP/VPN) / Security issues
• Infrastructure Management of virtualization Technologies (Server) - VMWare VSphere 5.5 Client Agent & ESXI 5.5 Server / Hyper V 5.5
