based across the world. of various depts.: IT, Sales, Finance, HR, corporate communication...etc.
2) Conducting and coordinating various courses, curriculum and certification based on virtual classes,
webinars and face-to-face training.
3) Creating reports, generating data bases and managing records of various training events and activities at
global level.
4) Collaborating , communicating and managing with various local and international vendors of training eg:
Training Institutes, Education Institutions , Freelancers and companies.
5) Responding to individual or group training request for personal development of employees, processing
tracking and managing requests.
6) Educating, Encouraging and Motivating employees to participate in events-Training/Global HR Inductions
post training follow-ups and performance assessments, to boost employees confidence and foster ideal
human relationships.
