- MaintenantAdministration Ensures that all correspondence and reports are disseminated.
Ensures that standards office procedures and routines of the Department are implemented.
Ensures that all information that may affect some of the decision making process of the Department are reported to the Dean in a timely manner.
Monitors and coordinates oral and written communication between the Dean, Faculty and members of the Department.
Ensures proper filing, recordkeeping, accurately compiling of pertinent information in a consistent manner with regards to office and student/customer based on CHED – MARINA, CHED, DNV, and PACUCOA guidelines.
Maintains calendars, schedules, appointments, receives visitors, screen calls, mails, and answer routine inquiries for the dean.
Responsible for the collation, encoding, recording, updating, and safekeeping of all Instruction Guides, Syllabi, Curricula, Periodic Examinations and other official documents.
Acts as liaison between the Department and the service departments such as Administration and Human Resources ensuring appropriate and timely coordination, requisition, delivery of supplies, materials equipment and facilities/services needed by the department.
Acts as custodian of all property, equipment, supplies, and documents within the office. Ensures cost effective consumption of office resources.
Provides assistance that is being required or requested by the faculty members to ensure smooth flow of operations.
Facilitates the dissemination of the schedule of classes for the Faculty every semester
Facilitates the dissemination of the loading assignment for the Faculty by semester/term.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
