Project Engineer
- MaintenantEnergie / Matériaux / Mécanique Worked as an project engineer for Renault-Nissan Alliance in Teklas Turkey Head-Quarters.
Co-worked with Renault-Nissan Alliance Group in France, Romania,Spain and China projects(CMFB, HR13DDT, LFF, HJD) for developments of new engines and powertrains. Studied and performed project management steps, especially Renault project jalonements and ANPQP system. Co-worked with the design, logistics, quality, production, sub-supplier management teams in order to supply the best solution possible in cooling and oil circuits.
Led the documentation procedure(PPAP, PSW, PFMEA, Operating Procedures, BOM).
To improve the project management skills; studied Catia DS v5 R19-24-26, especially for spare parts, hose-pipe design and technical drawings. And since, working as project and design engineer for Renault, Nissan and Dacia projects.
Engineering Intern
- Energie / Matériaux / Mécanique After I did my laboratory intern in same company that supplies spare parts for automotive sector, I worked as an engineering intern in production site. All rubber production steps and parameters have researched. Worked in project groups for final parts development. Also vulcanization and mandrin production steps studied during the intern. Joined amelioration activities as Kaizen and 5S.
Engineering Intern
- Energie / Matériaux / Mécanique I worked as an engineering intern in Vibracoustic's R&D Laboratory.
Realized some of the specimen and compound development searches for rubber compounds, natural and synthetic rubbers. Also all performance tests are done on final parts that company provides to the some of the biggest OEMs.
