- Relation client / Support Managing a portfolio of high-end clients for Runwal projects across Central suburbs and Mumbai.
Ensuring seamless handover and possession activities in co-ordination with the projects/design team & account team snagging and de-snagging of flats during fit out and final possession.
Prepare IOM for every case delay payment charges waiver & name change etc.
Make welcome calls to the customers and preparation of important documents like welcome kit, allotment letter, NOC etc, checking the agreement before proceeding with the registration of the property
Collaborated with cross functional teams to address customer pain points and delivered product solutions that added value by providing positive customer experience
Maintained strong relationships with customers that further helped new customer acquisition and lead generation. Managed to sell 8 apartments through existing customer referral in the first month of the launch of one of its luxury projects
Engage in proactive customer communication, understanding the needs of the customers and reverting to their queries
Coordinating with Finance & Accounts to reconcile customer accounts and expedite bank loan disbursements
Maintaining individual customer file and tag case history effectively
Meet customers face to face and address their queries and concerns
Prepare daily MIS to the team and sending routine reports and analysis to the head of department
