Actually I work in Sintesi SpA, a H&S Consulting Company. This experience has provided me with the opportunity to work in a high-pressure, team environment, where it is essential to be able to work closely with my colleagues in order to meet deadlines. My tasks are:  assisting with the recruitment and selection process  creating sourcing plan with hiring manager, determining recruitment budget and advertising methods  managing screening and working with managers to review  creating selection strategy with manager, organizing interviews and selection activities, collating feedback  provide to hire a new worker  benefit and compensation  company employee communication  maintaining employee files and the HR filing system  employee orientation, development and training I have experience of interviewing in a variety of roles, expecially Middle Management, in different office functions such as sales, IT, finance, production, MKT, ecc.
