Customer Service Representative (English)
- MaintenantVentes * Phone, Email and Web support to Field Sales, Service, Distributors, Direct Customers for information on lead times and status of orders,
* Manage allocated key accounts and regions,
* Phone, Email and Web support to resolve outstanding invoice issues,
* Work in cooperation with team members from Sales, Inside Sales and technical support to resolve issues,
* Interface with Supply Chain and Engineering to coordinate the shipments of materials to meet customers’ requirements,
* Coordinate the return of materials for repair and restock,
* Enter customer’s data, agreements, return authorizations, training registrations, sales orders and invoices in timely fashion,
* Enter and maintain Customer Master Data,
* Participate in process improvement projects
