operation of systems and procedures.
Assist with the analysis and monitoring of information/statistics
Participated in consulting with potential candidates, and companies for evaluation of their
talent needs and managed open vacancies
Located, attracted and evaluated potential candidates from the open market
Conducted interview’s within firm deadlines.
Placed new employees and closely followed-up on their induction and the final outcome
Simultaneously assisted in functions of other sectors of the Branch, including client service,
hiring, contracts- Input, process, monitor and validate information effectively in a timely
manner ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Collate information and assist with the preparation reports, documents and proposals for
senior staff within the service area as well as routine advice, guidance and assistance as
required.
