HI i have been in catering for many years and i the kind of person who roll up there sleves and gets on with it and take a pride in there work doing everything from putting stores away to pre ing the salad bar ,friut salad ,dishwash, tillwork serving front of house and the paperwork and working in kitchen since my 20s i have agood idear how a kitchen work and i get on with chef because they will know i know what is going on. ( i made very good tea and have a cheeky smile so i been told)
