HR Analyst - Talent & Performance
- MaintenantChimie / Biologie / Agronomie Lead the Performance Management & Talent Review Cycle for approximately 20,000 employees through Workday, ensuring both processes are equally aligned with the Performance and Reward Diageo Strategy.
Lead the global talent & performance forums within HR on a monthly basis with the aim of building the capabilities of the HRBP & Talent managers and provide guidance on talent and performance matters to the HR community.
Prepare and conduct training sessions for the HR community globally and the creation of recorded how to videos.
Manage external consultants and evaluating quality in the service.
Carry out audits on a quarterly basis to measure effectiveness of core talent & performance processes. Insights obtained and improvement recommendations were presented to the board of directors.
Liaise directly with Workday with the aim of improving the performance & talent modules.
Responsible for overseeing the delivery and design of talent and performance reports in Workday.
