- Ventes Increased the productivity in the frozen fish line (Business Unit) for the largest fishery company in the world, leading to yearly USD 2 mm revenue increase due to increased coordination and time efficiency
Reduced 15% the overtime in the maintenance department of one of the largest mining companies in Peru, while increasing the Programmed works/ Corrective works rate in 20%
