Responsibilities: - Provide immediate, positive and constructive responses to all customer contact both written and verbal. - Maximise the recovery and allocation of outstanding water and water recycling charges. - Participate in outbound calling campaigns in order to collect outstanding charges. - Provide excellent customer service to all of Anglian Water's customers. - Monitor and chase large debts, resolve customer disputes and negotiate payment arrangements. - Progress appropriate court enforcement action, liaise with recovery officers and negotiate payment arrangements. - Identify vulnerable customers and provide appropriate support through offering different tariffs, payment methods etc. - Assist with the actioning of payment allocations, daily reports, bank statements, payment queries, clarification items, direct debits, refunds & all activities associated with the above.

During my first year of University I came across the society Enactus, which is a part of Universities around the world. At Enactus Lincoln we aim to improve the lives of others within our local and international community. We do this by creating a range of projects that will improve the standards of living and quality of lives of people in need. Enactus Lincoln is a great way for our team to put the skills they have learnt in Higher Education into practice and learn about themselves along the way. Current role: Project Co-Ordinator Responsibilities: - Arrange monthly meetings with Project Leaders to talk about how each project has gone over the last month, checking against objectives from the previous meeting and creating a new set for the following month. - Attend project meetings and keep minutes. - Provide advice and guidance to project leaders on how to move forward proactively and how to tackle any challenges that they may face.
