CofatMy role is to pilot, coach and communicate with multidisciplinary team (design, method, supply, logistics, sales, production, process and quality) to be able to garantee the clients request. Responsible of direct contact with the customer (pilot meetings, conference and visits abroad) and making decision Responsible of preparing Quotation (time calculation, BOM, investments, PPAP, Project rump-up and interactive quiz, extracting drawing from SABER-files using capital H and CATIA V5). To be successful in this role, I build a material data base containing : datasheets, PN, Suppliers, Internal code, Homologation. Also using MS-Project to plan all the R&D phase, industrialization phase, the introduction of deviations, supervising our row materials ( wires and components) , machines validation, lay-out of production area, the productivity rate, batch, KSK and synchro orders, respecting packaging rules and identification... I use to help my client by presenting innovative ideas and co-work with the client R&D team to test prototypes in order to introduce them in future drawings.
