I regard myself as a consummate professional. Having spent nearly twenty years in Customer Services, and Finance, with cash management and handling being some of my many acclaimed attributes. Having involved myself in the largest corporate, financial change management evolution, this century, at the Post Office. Taking on such an extraordinary, unprecedented assignment, emphasizes my "can do" attitude. In addition to this, I have over fifteen years' experience in Customer Services, within a local authority. Here I represented, assisted and helped drive every department within the authority.

Customer Services to me, is about listening to the requirements of the "customer". Making sure that I have understood fully their requests, or complaints, by reiterating what I have understood to be the matter at hand. By going over the facts as I understand them, reconfirming all stated issues, going forwards. It is at this point that I will assist them to the best of my abilities, driving through an absolute, mutually agreeable resolution to the issue(s).

Finance Manager (Accountant)

- Comptabilité / Contrôle de gestionThis organisation comprised of five internal Holding Companies, each with their own Bank Accounts, Accountants, Prepayment Schedules, Accruals, Financial Arrangements and contacts. My remit in early 2001, was to amalgamate all five of these businesses into one global holding company. The requirements for this were vast`, as none of these internal businesses were to perceive this move in the Organisations regime, until the point at which I had completed on this project. The essentials behind this plan was to amalgamate all of the finances for each of these varying sized businesses into one solitary bank account and a new commercial enterprise. This had to bare NO effect on the day to day activities of our businesses. And all receipts, payments, accruals and prepayments had to be allocated in timely correlation with the actions of the Accountants, within each internal business. Debtors had to be fully informed of the bank account changes for payments to be made to us. This was a massive endeavor, which involved enormous amounts of management and responsibility. Yet on the first trading day of the new financial year, in April 2001 Consignia Plc, was born,

Involved with this unique project for twenty years. A venture that started as an "idea", when I was 14 years old. "A Youth Centre created BY the young people in Aberdare, FOR the young people in Aberdare". This took several years' of meticulous creativity, battling hostile local negativity, while gaining Royal Acclaim and a personal audience with HRH Prince Charles, in Aberdare, in 1991.
