- Prepare manuals processes and applications made in accordance with the templates and the translations
- Ensure the publication on the portal and the introduction of the online help,
- Attend meetings and workshops to gather information necessary for the preparation of communication tools.
- provide information on the deployment strategy and communications planned
- Participate in the preparation and testing with users tools deployed.
