- MaintenantEnergie / Matériaux / Mécanique - Environmental testing with specific equipment and software (temperature, climate, thermal shock tests);
- Vibration testing with specific equipment and software (sine, random, mechanical shock, resonance tests);
- Intrusion Protection testing: water testing (IPX1/2, IPX3/4, IPX5/6/6K, IPX7/8, IPX9K), dust testing (IP5K/6K);
- Leak Testing & Pressure Testing (over and under pressure);
- Chemical testing ;
- Functional testing;
- Testing a various types of electronic devices (ACU, ECU, TCU, BCM, EPB, USB, sensors, keys, displays, clusters etc.).
- Responsible of test documentation and test report after finishing the test.
- Manage multiple projects.
- Participate at internal and external audits.
- Create procedures and work instructions for new test methods.
- Implemented new test method.
- Consistently come up with new ideas for cost reduction and improvement of laboratory and daily work.
- Provide support for EMC tests (ESD tests).
- Provide support to Project Teams and customers.
- Provide training to new team members.
- Provide support to service team for maintenance and calibration of the test equipment.
