Account Payable Analyst
- Comptabilité / Contrôle de gestion Analysis/reconciliation of accounting accounts, quarterly projections of payments flow, support in the preparation of reports of auditable projects, request for reclassification of expenses, management and development of effective systems of control of unpaid accounts to establish the existing delay. Invoices/credit notes posting, clearing and intercompany account settlements of assigned accounts, management and allocation of costs (by contract, by cost center and by expense account), responsible for internal audits activities. Active support for the geographies of the United States, Canada, Italy, Spain. Management and supervision of 3 co-workers. Certification of SAP module FI.
