o Conducted analysis of JCDecaux’s portfolio (activity, trends, strategy...) to best respond to our client’s needs
o Wrote reports and presentations to promote JCDecaux impactful campaigns externally
o Benchmarked key competitors’ digital campaigns through field surveys subways and major stations in the Parisian area to understand their strategy and adapt our value proposition
o Helped to prepare JCDecaux’s annual general conference: theme about “Human Context” proposed and validated
o Analyzed financial results and forecasts year by year to give insights about our activity internally
o Enriched the new data and research program SMARTER: presentations, design...
