GLOBAL TALENT MANAGER

· In charge of all recruitments including entry-level and middle management roles, through LinkedIn Recruiter.
· Point of contact for employees on HR issues: training, mobility, well-being.
· Support managers and HR Director with regards to employee development and compensation reviews.
· Presented HR topics at induction programs for new comers.
Performance and Talent Management
· Participate actively in the definition and implementation of 2 Group HR policies about Performance and Talent Management: launch of a new group performance evaluation tool (>3,000 employees connected) & a new career management process (420 people reviewed).
· Responsible for HR policies communication plan: creating editorial content, employee presentations, video animation.
· Participate in the creation of an HR training program on these 2 HR policies: 158 leadership team members & managers trained, organize deployment for all managers.
· Co-leadership in building HR Best Practices for frontline employees: job descriptions, reward package, career management, performance evaluation. Advising in the opening of boutiques to maximize store performance, profitability and to reduce turnover.
· Manage LinkedIn recruiter platform for the Group: negotiation of recruiter accounts, interface for recruiters (€125K budget).
Employee Engagement Survey
· Lead implementation of a Group internal engagement survey (€150K budget) in 2015 & 2017 – 84% participation & engagement rate. Liaise on a day-to-day basis with 23 HR teams worldwide and several external providers (survey supplier, communication agencies).
· In charge of Group communication plan to enhance employee engagement maintain 88% of sustainable engagement worldwide.
