Senior Consultant Business Continuity
- MaintenantInfra / Réseaux / Télécoms * Elaboration and update of the strategic plan of the system of management of continuity of business of the company. Update of policies and manual NC, risk analysis and impact assessment, for the updating of the BIA in conjunction with the area of risk, security, technology, network, regulatory, auditing and Steering Committee.
* Educate employees through lectures, courses, post, communications, etc.; reach, participation, responsibilities and benefits of the plan's continuity of business for the company, with the support of a communication and marketing company.
* Preparation and updating of contingency plans both procedural and technological and infrastructure identify areas and key personnel; determine technological tools available for consultation.
* Drawing up and updating with the areas responsible for communication plans, plans of eviction, emergency plan, plan of crisis management, sourcing plan, connection plan, plan of transfer of critical staff. Communication with entities of the State of security and civil protection.
* Development annual plan update calendar of tests and contingency plans. Monitoring compliance and reporting to the Board and Comptrollers of government bodies and coordinating the implementation of annual testing plan.
* Foster, lead or participate in projects to ensure compliance with established business in the BIA and deployment or contingency infrastructure upgrade the RPO and RTO.
* Ensure the prompt and effective recovery of services, compliance with established recovery SLAs and application of necessary upgrades to its stabilization.
* Participation in the Committee of changes to assess potential risks and determine mitigation plans.
* Promote improvement in recovery times of the services with the optimization of technological or procedural gaps.
