this entails answering the phone in a professional manner, sorting the post,
dealing with queries both written and on the phone
Liaising with the managing director and yard manager, maintaining the business diary
Ensuring that the sales managers are updated with quotation requests
Making sure company vehicles are completely legal with updated MOT’s, servicing etc
. Filling brochure requests faxing, photo copying and updating the customer database.
