Chef de projet Merchandising Travel Retail
- Design / UX / UI Scope:
- Fragrance division: Dolce & Gabbana and Designer brands (Burberry, Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez, Serge Lutens, Elie Saab, Alaïa and Zadig & Voltaire)
- Responsible for the Merchandising of Dubaï Duty Free, Kappé, CTC ARI Larnaca, Setur and Heinemann travel retail accounts
- Animations (furniture cladding to podiums 3-20 m2), semi-personalization and full personalization projects
Creative and project management dimensions:
- Day-to-day collaboration with Global Merchandising and Operational Marketing departments to ensure brand image adaptation to travel retail specific needs
- 3D rendering and technical drawings using Sketchup for all animations
- Briefing and coordination of production and installation with local suppliers
- Full personalization project coordination between design agency, local supplier, customer and internal creative teams: from design briefing to installation, through technical drawings approvals
Business dimension:
- Compilation and organization of One Shiseido Travel Retail Merchandising Guidelines
- Budget follow-up: supplier negotiation, ensuring resources availability and budget allocation
- Building long-term partnerships with local suppliers
