Group Learning & Development - Online Community Manager
- Community Management During my time internship in the Group Learning & Development department as an Online Community Manager, I vastly improved my skills in project management, organisational skills, communication, marketing, creative design such as creating & editing videos within the company and social media.
I learnt basic skills such as bootstrapping to help with web-design, also creating a weekly digest newsletter for our social community TakeOff, an online portal for the future leaders forum, creating resources for a multicultural audience and the basics of Microsoft specifically Excel for data analysis.
