Gasoline Terminal FEED Project - The scope of work involves use of EDB for Process Equipment datasheet, IPDS and Line List, drafting of PFS and PEFS.
o SRC CRU Revamp Project
The CRU Revamp project includes upgrading of the heavy naphtha to higher value gasoline blending component (reformate) through revamping of the following units located within the CRU complex:
Naphtha Splitter Unit (NSU – 6100U)
Naphtha Hydro treating Unit (NHT – 6200U)
Catalytic Reformer Unit (CRU – 6600U)
As a process engineer worked for preparation of line list and hydraulics calculations.
o Membrane Cell Conversion- Ashta Project, Greenville (Detailed Engineering Project)
The scope of this project were to convert the existing ASHTA mercury cell line to membrane cells. As a process engineer work for preparation of equipment datasheet, instrument datasheet, relief valve calculation, hydraulics, line list, SM list etc.
o CNOOC & Shell Petrochemicals Company Ltd. - SMPO Project (Basic Engineering Package):
As a Process Engineer work for Preparation of Process Design Package (Licensor-Shell) for 300KTA Propylene Oxide and 650KTA Styrene Monomer unit at China. Task lead for P&IDs/ PEFS development and active participation in PEFS review meetings.
o FEED Services for Monsanto Lulling Chemical Complex LA
o SHELL - FOIP (Field Operations Integrity Study Project)
To perform safety review of the offshore platforms and onshore terminals of existing assets of Shell. The scope consists of complete safety study of Existing platforms located at various locations licensed and operated by Shell Upstream division. This safety review comprises of Scenario Identification, Load Calculations and Sizing of relief valves, De-pressurizing study, Preparation of Process Safeguarding Memorandum (PSM) and Process Safeguarding Flow Schemes (PSFS). Following are the Assets on which I have worked on:

Responsibilities included:
(1) Relief Valve scenario Identification, Load Calculation & relief valve Sizing using Shell DEPs and API 520, API 521.
(2) Emergency depressurization valve system sectionalisation, volume calculations and depressurizing calculations (Using depressurizing and Blowdown utility in UniSim Design).
(3) Hydraulics analysis of existing flare system using Aspen FLARENET and Shell DEPs.
(4) Preparation of Process Safeguarding Flow Scheme (PSFS), Process Safeguarding Memorandum (PSM), Relief Valve Sizing report and Blowdown Analysis report.
(5) Preparation of Summary of recommendations and follow-up work report
