I had to do follow ups by mail after assingning tickets and do regular excel presentation to show my department progress & achievement.Also keeping informed the management about blocking issues and give proper suggestion to the related subjects. I also had to polyvalent where I was often requested to back up the logistic desk and the catering desk. Thus on a roaster basis doing the daily transport planning and same for the food/catering planning for employees.
Doing regular site visits and scheduling meeting with the HODs ,assisting brainstorming seesion with the team in order to implement new strategy to improve our service , to perform fastly & efficiently.
