- Développement informatique Promoted to System Operator in the Information & Communications Technology department, successfully operated, monitored and managed the AS/400 system ensuring that system operates efficiently minimising downtime. Effectively handled incoming calls from users, reporting any issues they may have to relevant support staff ensuring SLAs are met. Proved to be an exceptional team-player involved in numerous projects including Switch Over tests from the Production environment to the Test environment and vice-versa. Instrumental in identifying and making recommendations to existing processes and working directly with IT management to achieve increased team performance and customer satisfaction by 20% by eliminating time constraints between the tellers, CSRs, agents and branches and the System Operators. Dispensing excellent Customer Service and lending technical support to internal (Staff members) and external (Company branches, Credit Unions and Agencies ) users. Successfully maintained a visitors’ log for any incoming technical, infrastructure, networking and support staff to the Server Room as well as giving assistance as required.
