Approx 1500 hours total flying time on a range of single engine piston light aircraft and gliders. 1200 hours flying at several RAF Volunteer Gliding Squadrons around the UK as a glider and motor-glider instructor pilot teaching cadets to fly to solo and advanced standard. Weekend duties included organisation of tasks for up to 15 staff, liaison with Operations, Air Traffic and other airfield users. Daily activities as duty instructor included meteorology report assessment, aircraft air worthiness assessment, staff briefing and task setting and oversight. Teaching subjects included principles of flight, meteorology, human factors, aircraft structures and practical experience in three screen x-plane flight simulators for both cadets and staff. Daily operations also included use of the UK military flight planning CADS (Central Aviation Data Services) system to define operations for safety reasons. Occasional role as note taking assistant during two crew airborne flight testing after aircraft maintenance

I wish to be a team member as flight crew on the Airbus High Altitude Pseudo Satellite (HAPS) project based in Farnborough. Not one day but this year. I believe I have the necessary skills and relevant experience to be considered for this role.
