Communications Specialist

Regular responsibilities include:
• Drafting and editing communications copy (e.g. news releases, ads, brochures, social media posts, etc.)
• Assisting with maintaining website content
• Executing social media strategies
• Monitoring and reporting media coverage
• Graphic design for various communications materials, such as business plans, guides, annual reports, and social media.
• Tracking and reporting performance analytics
• Coordinating and tracking translations
• Updating databases and media lists
• Maintaining conference and speaking event calendars
• Coordinating events, such as conferences and webinars
• Assisting with preparation of presentations and reports
• Purchasing print and online advertising
