• Building of a global R&D P&L with current and forward looking vison to help management to drive strategies
• Costs controlling & validation in order to avoid loss making products
• Budget 2017 and MTP 2018-2022 performed in collaboration with Sales & Project managers
• Income statement presented at PL/PG level with bridges between Budget/Forecast/Actuals for each month-end-close (ensuring IFRS rules compliance)
• Intercompany’s reinvoicing management in relation with other collaborative Valeo sites
• Month-end-close booking entries : customers invoicement, accruals
• Participation on physical inventories & the plant annual inventory in order to align SAP with reality : root cause analysis on stock variances and implementation of procedures with logistics department
• Internal control (LSF) : standard tests completed on the plant and improvement of procedures in order to increase Site’s compliance through several areas (Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Production …)
