• Successfully marketing my brand has provided me with more/consistent booking opportunities, allowing me to generate residual income • Experience in marketing to different demographics/markets (weddings, sweet 16's, proms, nightclubs, etc...) • Generate sales through effective verbal/virtual promotions. (word of mouth, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, constantly networking...) • Experience working within written contracts. This has taught me to prioritize and ensure customer satisfaction • Created/Creating a long-lasting, positive, and memorable name for myself and my brand I started DJ’ing for fun in 2012. A few years later, I would find myself performing at some of the most notorious clubs, lounges, and bars in the tri-state area. I create and maintain a happy, energetic environment by reading crowds, mixing music, and MC’ing. Through the years I have met a lot of important and like-minded individuals. The most important thing that I learned as an up and coming artist was that if I wanted to get the next level, I would need to produce my own music. So what did I do? I taught myself to produce music while continuing my DJ career. From YouTube videos and online articles, to advice from other producers, everything I learned was 100% self-taught. My productions are not nearly perfect but they sound a whole lot better than they did 5 years ago! It is humbling and motivating to say that today, my own music generates thousands of leads/plays across my social media platforms (Soundcloud, Instagram, Facebook).
